Agreement

By using Our Song Print (oursongprint.com), you agree to these terms.

The service

Our Song Print provides tools to design custom song lyric posters (including first dance posters, wedding vows prints, vinyl-style lyric art, and related makers) and download print-ready digital files. We are a private software service.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the text, photos, and personal details you add to a design.
• Song lyrics and other copyrighted material remain owned by their rights holders. You are responsible for ensuring your use of lyric text is lawful (for example personal keepsakes and gifts).
• Digital files are for personal use (home décor and gifts) unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Print quality depends on your printer or print shop — always print at the intended size without “fit to page” scaling.

Payments and downloads

• Live preview in the editor is free (may include a watermark).
• Unlocking watermark-free print-ready downloads uses a timed unlock pass (see Pricing). Exports stay available until the pass expires.
• Digital downloads are generally non-refundable after the files have been delivered, except where required by law.

Disclaimer

We aim for an accurate preview-to-download match for layout, typography, and images. Screen colors may differ slightly from printed ink. We do not guarantee a specific print-shop outcome.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Our Song Print is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
