Introduction

Our Song Print (oursongprint.com) helps you design custom song lyric posters — including first dance, wedding vows, and gift prints — and download print-ready files. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Design inputs: Song title, artist, lyric text, photos you upload, layout and style choices used to generate previews and files.
• Email at checkout: Used for payment confirmation and download delivery. An account password is not required for unlock-pass purchases.
• Payment data: Processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe, PayPal, or Creem). We do not store full card numbers.
• Technical data: Basic logs and analytics that help us operate and improve the service.

How we use poster designs

• We use your design choices to render previews and the paid print-ready files you unlock.
• Preview and final files may be stored temporarily so you can complete checkout and download.
• Unpaid previews are kept briefly for checkout. Final files after purchase are typically available for a limited period tied to your unlock pass.
• Local re-download history on your device (Settings → Poster Exports) stays in your browser storage unless you delete it.
• We do not sell your designs or use them to train public AI models.
